Every thought that you think is vibrating at a very personal frequency . . . and by the powerful Law of Attraction (the essence of that which is like unto itself, is drawn), that thought is now attracting another thought that is its Vibrational Match. And now, those combined thoughts are vibrating at a frequency that is higher than the thought that came before; and they will now, by the Law of Attraction, attract another and another and another, until eventually the thoughts will be powerful enough to attract a "real life" situation or manifestation.

Inner inventory time. By: Osmara Vindel

I once heard someone say, "we are spiritual creatures having a physical experience", and this time/space reality is quite a journey... yet, the truth is there is so so so much more "out there" than we perceive with our physical senses.

Studies have shown that our conscious brain accounts for 3-4 % of our habitual thoughts, feelings, actions, and patterns. Our non-conscious brain control 96-97% of our habitual thoughts, feelings, actions and patterns. No wonder diets don't work, and we keep doing the same things over and over again and keep attracting the same scenarios into our reality! In order to make REAL change, we need to work with our non-conscious mind and become aligned with it. How you ask? We need to observe our outer reality to see the evidence of what's been going on within us. Take inventory of the different aspects of your life:
  • How's your body? What is it telling you? Is it the reflection of the You you wish to see?
  • How are your relationships? Are they strong and loving and supporting? Or are they tinted with tension, animosity, or assumptions?
  • How is your financial situation? If it's any less than you desire, what beliefs have you adopted that created your current situation? Where is your financial focus? Have you adopted habits that have gotten you here today? Are they habits that serve you or disempower you?
  • How connected are you with your Higher Self and Source? How do you personally gauge this connection? What does it mean to YOU to be connected with your inner being and source of all that is?
  • What's your career looking like these days? Are you happy with the way you spend your days? Are you satisfied with the route your life is taking?

It's very important to take the time to revise our inner inventory. By taking a snapshot of where we are, we can then decide where we want to be, and what steps we must take to get there.

Remember this: Your current reality is the result of your past thoughts, feelings, and actions. Period. In order to create change, we must tweak our thoughts, feelings, and actions to align with what we want to create. Change happens from within and permeates every angle of our outer lives. The proof is in the pudding.

So today, set aside a few minutes and take inventory. Grab a piece of paper and a pen and go over the points listed above. Be completely honest with yourself and allow yourself to accept your current life without judgement. We created it! We created the good, the bad, the ugly, the nice, and the painful... buuuuuuut, that means we can also create something different! After you've taken inventory - go over each life aspect and think about what you want. What do you want your future to look like? What do you want to accomplish? Who do you want to become? Fully allow yourself to dream, and desire, and get in the feeling place of what that picture looks like.

You egoic mind will come up with 101 reasons why you can't achieve this, why you can't do that, why you shouldn't attempt this... our egos (and we aaaaaall have them!) want to keep us riiiiiiight where we are - away from change and therefore away from growth. That's why it's important to connect with your Higher Self - with your subconscious mind to be grounded when that non serving self talk starts rearing it's sneaky little head. Go ahead! Do it! What have you got to lose?

A wise man, Napoleon Hill, once said "Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve"

I believe this 100%... He did not say it was easy or a walk in the park - it requires action, courage, and effort... So, look around. Decide. Believe. Envision. Act.

We are all powerful beyond belief... every single one of us.

Utilizing the Law of Attraction - by: Jack Canfield

Jack Canfield is one of my favorite author/speakers and I have learned a lot from his teachings... I signed up for his Success Principals E-Newsletter, and found this article to be really concise, to the point, and useful! We all need a little reminder or nudge when we're trying to accomplish big goals, and I found this article was just what I needed to hear again... enjoy!

Utilizing The Law of Attraction
by Jack Canfield

The law of attraction states that you will attract into your life--whether wanted or unwanted--whatever you give your energy, focus, and attention to.

You are constantly giving off vibrations of energy when you think and feel. These vibrations can be picked up and received by other people. That's why people say, "he has good vibes," or "he gives off bad vibes." You are constantly giving off vibrations -- literally!

If you're feeling excited, enthusiastic, passionate, happy, joyful, loving, appreciative, abundant, prosperous, relaxed and peaceful, you are giving off positive vibrations.

On the other hand, if you're feeling bored, anxious, worried, confused, sad, lonely, hurt, angry, resentful, guilty, disappointed, frustrated, overwhelmed, stressed out, or depressed, then you are giving off negative vibrations.

The law of attraction states that the universe responds to whatever you are offering -- by giving you more of whatever you are vibrating. It doesn't care whether it is good for you or not; it simply responds to your vibration.

If you saw the film The Secret, you saw this explained in great detail.

The problem is that most of the time, you are not aware of what vibration you are offering. You are simply responding to things outside of you--current events, the news, how people treat you, the stock market, how much money you are making, how your children are doing in school, whether or not your favorite sports team wins--and then having a feeling that is either positive or negative.

When you are simply responding unconsciously to what happens around you, you tend to stay "stuck" in your current condition. This is why most people's lives never seem to change very much. They get stuck in a repeating cycle of recreating the same reality over and over by the vibration they are sending out.

It works like this... First you observe what you currently have and are currently receiving in your life. You call this your "reality." You respond to what you observe with a feeling, positive or negative, which then gives off that vibration to the universe. The law of attraction then responds to this vibration and brings you more of what you were vibrating. This keeps the cycle going over and over, until you choose to change it through the exertion of your will. You are a victim of your lack of awareness of the law of attraction.

The Process of Intentional Creation

It is possible to get out of this vicious cycle and create what you want instead of continually recreating what you already have. It is a simple, three-step process that you can begin immediately.

If you've been implementing the action steps I coach you through in The KEY to Living the Law of Attraction, you have already begun this process.

Step 1: Identify what you truly desire & eliminate the negative

It is important to focus on what you want rather than what you don't want. You must state it in the positive and filter out the words don't, not and no. Remember, your mind works in pictures and if you say I don't want to be mad, you are creating the picture and thus the vibration of being mad. You must create the opposite of what you don't want.

Step 2: Raise your vibration level

Your job in stage two is to create a vibrational match for that which you say you want to have. How would you be feeling if you already had those things--the perfect job, the perfect relationship, the amount of money that you want to have?

Your job is to identify what makes you feel good and do more of it, then learn not to tolerate your negative feelings.

Affirmations are an important component in raising your vibrational level to what it is you want. Remember, the law of attraction does not respond to the words you use or the thoughts you think. It simply responds to how you feel about what you say and how you feel about what you think.

For information on how to create even more effective affirmations, review chapter 10 in The Key to Living the Law of Attraction, where you'll find my guidelines for creating effective visualizations.

Step 3. Release it and allow it.

In this third step, you simply release your affirmation, your vibration, and your feelings to the universe to take care of your "request" or "order" as I call it. But you have to abstain from any doubts. If you doubt you can have it in any way, then you are not allowing it. You are pushing it away and you end up with contradictory messages to the universe.

It is only when the contradictory thoughts, talk, and images are removed that your desired results will manifest. The faster you remove your resistance, the faster your dreams can be realized.

Ascending our downward spiral... By: Osmara Vindel

Some time ago, I had been feeling very out of sorts - but could not pin point what was causing this mix of uneasiness and resistance within me. I just felt off. My upper back and neck muscles were tense and tight. My breath was shallow and short. My overall vibration was at a low frequency.

Isn't it f
unny how our emotions can overpower us right before our eyes? So much is going on within us, our minds tend to just run off with us and it's only until we're overflowing with uneasiness that we stop and wonder what's going on. I don't know about you, but this happens to me from time to time... I used to get sucked into a downward spiral before I knew it - I was frustrated with myself for letting things get to a certain point, and it then became ever HARDER for me to move my way up the vibrational scale. (Aaah, the importance of our self talk... but I'll leave that topic for another day.)

Our bodies, our emotions, and our outer reality are all indicators of our inner frequency - our vibrations. At our most basic essence - that's what we are - pure energy and vibration.

Nevermind the flesh and bone and tangible ex
perience around us - go within your surroundings and within your own body... We were all taught in school that everything is comprised of atoms. Everthing. Well, what are atoms made of? If you dive deeper and deeper within the subatomic world you find two things:

1. As the material world scale gets smaller - the energy gets more intense.

2. The lines between the physical plane and the metaphysical plane get blurry - ourworld is made of tiny packets of vibrating energy! Think about that for a moment - reeeeally ponder it. That also means that our thoughts and emotions are energy.

Don't knock yourself for experiencing these negative, low level emotions... they are a gift! Thanks to them, you can track when you're veering from your desired present and future paths so you can stop, observe, regroup, and go on... so embrace it! I've made it a habit to be more conscious of my vibration throughout my days. It took some time and practice, and by no means do I have it down 100%, but it has gotten easier. By checking in with my emotions and how I am feeling in the moment, I know whether I am on or off track with how I want my day to go or what I want to bring in.

If you find yourself in a funk, frustrated, stressed, worried, doubtful, anxious, or any other similar emotion and state of being follow these steps to bring you right back up that emotional scale:

1. STOP! Breathe... no, I don't mean your usual short breaths... I mean breeeeeeathe in the purifying oxygen and slowly release all the toxins from your system. Try this: breathe IN for 7 counts, hold for 7 counts, and breathe out for 11 counts... this is what Yvonne Oswald calls "Seven, Seven, Eleven".

2. Take a moment to notice the feeling/emotion... don't judge it, just observe it.

3. Ask yourself these 3 POWERFUL yet seemingly simple questions regarding the feeling or situation at hand:

" What do I want?"

" Why do I want it?"

" How do I want to feel?"

Love, Abundance & Glow to you!

Time of our lives...

Do you feel that you are living in a time of rapid change and that the old systems and paradigms no longer serve you? Do you look around and see that it’s everywhere: the economy, businesses, communities and institutions…?

It seems that everywhere we look we can sense evidence of this shift... With increased uncertainty, stress, and fear in the collective atmosphere, we are forced to adopt new ways of coping with the ever changing times. But, in fact, you can come out on top of this “time of trouble”… Why merely cope through these times when you can thrive and grow more than ever before? One of the ways to achieve this is through coaching. A coach acts as a guide and holds your vision through the rough patches. A coach provides tools and techniques to empower you to live the life you envision. Through coaching you can bring unconscious limiting beliefs and fears to light and change them into strengths.

But you cannot embark on the journey without having a crystal clear picture of where you are going and what you want. So take a few minutes of silent inner digging, and ask yourself: “What does my future look like?”

"Take the first step in faith; you don't have to see the whole staircase, but take the first step"
